What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Thick stiff blanket/s or a bolster if you have one (optional)
• Block/s (optional) – we also sell blocks at the studio
• Bring comforts from home that will support your rest & relaxation (ex: eye pillow, soft pillow, soft blanket) (optional)
• A journal and pen for taking notes (optional)
• Wear loose fitting comfortable clothes
• Follow COVID protocol
