Yin Yoga is a meditative form of yoga that nourishes the energetic and physical bodies and stimulates the flow of Qi. Yin poses are held for several minutes at a time inviting us to go deeper into ourselves. Often described as the other half of exercise, Yin provides a balance to the often hectic energy of today. Meditative, subtle and centering, yin supports balancing the nervous system, strengthening connective tissue, and replenishing energy (Qi).
