KEY

HOT HATHA

Sixty to 75 minutes of postures and breathing exercises designed to work every muscle, organ, and joint in the body. The practice builds strength, flexibility and balance and increases productivity in the cardiovascular and circulatory systems. In addition to building strength through elongation and extension of muscles, it detoxifies and tones the internal organs through compressions focused on the body’s key organs for elimination of waste and toxins. The temperature of our Hot Hatha class is set at approximately 100 degrees. There is no set sequence. Each class is unique. Longer holds and slower pace. Available to all levels of students. *Live kirtan music on Monday and Wednesday 6pm.

POWER VINYASA

Sixty to 75 minutes of flowing yoga sequences combining strength, flexibility, stamina, cardio, and concentration. The practice heals and detoxifies the body – soothing and invigorating the nervous system, balancing hormones, building cardiovascular strength and stamina, and improving the digestive and elimination systems. The temperature of our heated Vinyasa class is set at approximately 90 degrees. There is no set sequence. Each class is unique. Available to all levels of students.

RESTORATIVE

Sixty minutes of restorative yoga includes some slow flow, holding poses and meditation. The practice will relax and restore the body and calm and quiet the mind. This is the perfect balance class to either a Power Vinyasa or Hot Hatha. Round out your yogic experience and feel a sense of balance. The temperature is set at approximately 90 degrees. Suitable for all levels - beginners to advanced.

YIN

Sixty minutes of Yin yoga includes holding 5-12 poses for the entire class. The goal is to find your edge, practice stillness, and hold for time. The practice will unlock and restore the physical, emotional and energetic body and stimulate the digestive and nervous system. The temperature is set at approximately 90 degrees. Suitable for all levels - beginners to advanced.
