What should I bring?
Bring a mat, towel and hydration. We also rent mats ($3), towels ($2) and sell a variety of drinks.
Do you have showers?
No.
Do you have lockers?
Yes, we have cubbies in the lobby and lockers in the locker area. Please bring your own lock.
Where do I park?
There is plenty of free street parking
What is the studio etiquette?
  • No phones. Please put on silent and leave in your cubby or locker
  • No shoes
  • No open containers. Please no tea or water cups in the practice rooms
  • No talking
How can I learn what styles of yoga you offer?

Do I need experience to practice yoga at your studio?
All classes are all levels. No experience necessary.
How can I learn about the teachers?
Are pets allowed?
Only ADA trained, registered service animals are allowed. Front desk will escort you in the room and introduce you and your companion to the teacher once your animals have been approved. No pets or emotional support animals allowed in the practice rooms. Feel free to bring animals into the lobby as long as the owner is with them. No animals are to be left unattended in the lobby.
Are children allowed?
  • Children 12+ are allowed to practice. If your child is between 12-14 and would like to join class, an interview is required by the studio manager before attending class.
  • Children are not allowed to wait in the lobby while parents/adults are practicing.
Do you require a reservation for class?
Reservations are recommended especially for night and weekend classes, but not required. Walk-ins are welcome.
What are your booking cancellation policies?
There are no fees for canceling your reservation
How do I cancel my membership?

All cancellations are required in writing. Please navigate to this link and submit a request at least 48 hours before renewal.

Who do I contact for membership issues ?

What can I do if the App is not working?
If you encounter a problem with our App please first make sure you have the latest software updated on your phone and the latest version of the App. Still no luck, you can try deleting and re-installing the app. Still no luck, use the Mindbody app instead of our branded app.
I’m going on a holiday, how do I pause my membership?
If you have a 6 month or annual membership and are gone longer than 3 weeks, you may pause your membership. No pausing the monthly membership.
Can I take pictures in the studio?
No pictures or videos during class. Feel free to do so before or after or in the lobby.
Is my membership valid across all studios?
If you have a 6 month or annual membership, you may use your guest passes at the Seattle or Venice studios.
Do you offer mat storage?

No. We do not have storage for personal items. Anything that is left behind is considered Lost & Found and is subject to donation.

Do you have lost & found?

Yes! Anything that is found in the studio is placed in the Lost & Found, which is periodically donated. Found items will be held for 48hrs before donating. Please note we are not responsible for personal items.
