You are in for a special treat! This workshop combines a vinyasa yoga practice with Self Myofascial Release (SMFR) techniques using therapy balls to alleviate muscle tension, improve joint mobility and offer relaxation. Dominique will ease into movement with restorative postures on the mat and SMFR roll-out. We’ll then transition into vinyasa-style elements with Casey to warm-up our bodies before winding back down into more SMFR roll-out, rebalancing postures and easing into full-body rest.
