This is a one-hour workshop where we will explore mindfulness. I thought that we could bring in some balance with us into this season we call Summer. Bringing mindfulness into our daily activities, connections, and travel plans so that we can bring gratitude into each of the moments that we have created for ourselves & the people around us. We will take time to connect to mindfulness & gratitude through a visualization, bringing community together, and sharing the excitement and challenges that we feel comes with a social and fast paced season.
If you have a journal make sure to bring it! If you do not have one, I will provide pen & paper for you all!
