With so many class names on the schedule, it helps to understand what each style actually involves before you pick one.

Vinyasa

A dynamic, flowing style where movement links to breath. Expect to build heat, strength, and stamina as you move through sequences.

Hatha

A slower, more deliberate practice that holds poses longer, giving you time to refine alignment and build foundational strength.

Yin

A meditative style where poses are held for several minutes to target deep connective tissue and cultivate stillness.

At hauteyoga we offer all three, so you can mix intensity and restoration throughout your week.
